Construction Update

The home under construction on Lot 7 is nearing completion. Finishing touches and the addition of a separate garage are under way. The home is under contract and once everything is done, we look forward to welcoming another new family to White Pine. Meanwhile, we are starting work on a new model home on Lot 5 and will share the design as soon as we have the final version. Lot 5 has a different topography from most of the other lots and we are excited about presenting a home which takes advantage of its unique site.
