Sample Designs Added To White Pine's Portfolio Of Homes

Praise for the Trillium plan, our new model home, has been so high that we have added three new concept designs. Each design has been tailored to fit a specific lot, allowing buyers to envision the home they dream of building. The sample home for either lot 7 or 8, Sweet Flag, is a wonderful three-level, five bedroom, three and a half bath home featuring a screened porch, covered front porch and rec room. The Meadowsweet plan, designed for Lot 9, is two levels, three bedrooms, two and a half baths. This home has two covered porches and a screened porch off the Great Room. The largest of the three designs is the Sunflower. This is a single level home created for either lot 18 or 19. It features three bedroom, two and a half baths, a covered front porch, and a screened porch off the kitchen. The house has an exceptionally large open plan and Great Room.
