White Pine Welcomes Its First Completed Home and Residents!

April marked a milestone in White Pine as the first owners’ home was completed and its new residents moved in. We are thrilled to see the quaint cottage home come to life and are excited for this beautiful home, designed by local New Buffalo architect Heidi Hornaday, to begin to set the tone and direction of architecture for the community. With several other lot owners actively in design review for their homes, we are looking forward to seeing a diverse collection of residences emerge at White Pine in the coming months and years.
